Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how returns and cancellations are handled for services provided by Mr. Adspert Enterprise (LA0077699-P) ("MrAdspert", "we", "us"). As we provide digital services rather than physical goods, "returns" are handled as cancellations and revisions, described below.
1. Digital services & the 7-day cooling-off
Because our work is custom and begins soon after payment, services are generally not "returnable" once delivered. If you change your mind within 7 days of payment and before work has started, you may cancel for a refund of amounts not yet worked on (see our Refund Policy).
2. Revisions instead of returns
If a delivered item does not match the agreed scope, we will fix it rather than "return" it:
- Website & landing page projects include revision rounds as stated in your package.
- Automation and web app projects include testing and fixes for issues against the agreed specification.
- Revision requests should be submitted within 7 days of each delivery.
3. What is not covered
- Change of scope or new features not in the original agreement (billed separately).
- Issues caused by changes you or third parties make after handover.
- Third-party costs already incurred (domain, hosting, licences, ad spend, gateway fees).
4. Cancelling an ongoing service
For monthly services such as advertising management or automation retainers, you may cancel before the next billing cycle. The current paid cycle will run to its end and is not refundable.
5. How to request
To request a cancellation or revision, email info@mradspert.com with your order details. We respond within 7 working days.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
