Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Mr. Adspert Enterprise (LA0077699-P) ("MrAdspert", "we", "us") issues refunds for the digital services purchased through mradspert.com. By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all services offered by MrAdspert, including advertising management, website & landing page development, custom web application development, and automation setup.
2. Deposits & project fees
Most projects begin with a deposit or upfront payment that reserves our team's time and covers initial planning, research and setup. Because this work begins immediately after payment:
- Deposits are non-refundable once project work, onboarding or account setup has started.
- If you cancel before any work has begun, you may request a refund of your deposit, less any payment-processing fees.
3. Advertising management
- Management fees cover our time, strategy and optimisation, and are billed per cycle (monthly). They are non-refundable once the management period has started.
- Your ad spend budget is paid directly to the ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok). Any unspent budget remains with the platform and is not held or refunded by us.
- We do not guarantee specific results such as ROAS, sales or lead volume, as performance depends on many factors outside our control.
4. Website, web app & automation projects
- These projects are billed by milestone. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
- If you cancel mid-project, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date; any remaining balance not yet worked on may be refunded.
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domain, hosting, licences, paid plugins, payment-gateway fees) are non-refundable.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email info@mradspert.com with your order details and reason. We will review eligible requests and respond within 7 working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days.
